It is important to have users with limited user rights on a computer when the computer is accessible to many people. The users with limited rights will not have access to tools which can make major changes to the whole computer. The limited user will not be able to install / uninstall all software (some exceptions are there). So to have a stable system configuration, it is advised to assign limited user rights to all other users on your computer. This is very much useful for the situations like offices, call centers, schools, browsing centers..
To configure users with limited rights, follow the steps:-
1. Click on "Start" then click on "Control Panel"
2. In the control panel double click on "User Accounts"
3. Now you will get a window named as User Accounts. In this window, click on "Create a New Account" option, as shown in the image
4. Now you have to enter the name for the new user account. Enter the name of your choice and click on "Next".
5. Now you will be prompted to pick an account type - as shown in the below image.
Select "Limited" and Click on "Create Account" button. By these steps, you can successfully create a user on your computer with limited user rights.
